IS YOUR "ME TIME" REALLY YOURS?

Yes, we are meeting after a very long time!  I was giving myself a "ME TIME", haha!! that's what we all say right. But have you ever thought that is your "me time" really yours, or you are just forcing yourself to be with you? just because you were said it will make you happy. Isn't it a toxic relationship? We all are told by some or the other experts to give ourselves time, spend some time with ourselves. And we think that during this time we will do something just for ourselves. And in this process, we land up being selfish at times. Alright, I will give you a real-time example of what happened with me. Being a Prenatal and postnatal coach I was taking counseling for a 2-month newborn mom. As usual, she was facing postpartum sleep struggles, and I being the 'same' medical expert advised her to take "ME TIME" telling her it will help her relax better. A week later, we had a session and I asked her what did she do in her "me time"...

EGG-BREAD-SPREAD

Want a genie? order and things are done. Everyone in this techno world wants a quick fix. Be it a basic lifestyle need or luxury thing. All we want is to make things easy. Easy work, easy way to earn, easy to handle wife's and not to forget kids, and most importantly EASY FOOD.

Career oriented women face difficulty when they have to prepare food as well as do the office work without compromising her and the family's health. And eating cornflakes daily is not appreciable at least for the sake of our tongue which has about 10,000 taste buds and they are known to replace every 2 weeks.

Such an easy peasy recipe is sent by Mrs.Surabhi Pathak who works in an IT company, balances the house, and office work very well. On one hand, she is concerned about herself and her family's health and on the other hand she carries a tremendous dedication to her office work. She masters time management.



She wrote to us "I made it by mistake. As I peeled the egg, it broke. So I kept the yolk and albumen separate and mixed the yolk with pepper and I liked it ". Sometimes we do not regret such mistakes. Not to call a mistake but a creation.

 RECIPE TO ENJOY "SPREAD THE EGG"

Things you need to have in your kitchen:-

Slices of Brown bread with sides cut        4
boiled eggs.                                              2
salt                                                            as required
Pepper                                                      as required
Butter or olive oil                                       half tbsp












THIS TIME NO APRON NEEDED. ONLY 5 EASY STEP.  READY?? HERE IT GOES

1. Boil the egg. Separate the yolk and albumen.
2. Mix egg yolk and butter well to a consistency of a spread.
3. Add salt and pepper powder to this spread
4. Put a layer of the yolk Spread  to the bread
5. A layer of the egg white seasoned with salt and pepper. You may add coriander leaves as well
6. Cover with the other bread slice and enjoy ur healthy breakfast.

It's totally your choice to have lettuce or cut tomatoes in between to make it healthier.

It was very interesting to read Mrs.Surabhi's mail as she also mentioned about the nutrition content of each food and made her point that it is best for breakfast. I  heartily thank you for that.
