IS YOUR "ME TIME" REALLY YOURS?

Yes, we are meeting after a very long time!  I was giving myself a "ME TIME", haha!! that's what we all say right. But have you ever thought that is your "me time" really yours, or you are just forcing yourself to be with you? just because you were said it will make you happy. Isn't it a toxic relationship? We all are told by some or the other experts to give ourselves time, spend some time with ourselves. And we think that during this time we will do something just for ourselves. And in this process, we land up being selfish at times. Alright, I will give you a real-time example of what happened with me. Being a Prenatal and postnatal coach I was taking counseling for a 2-month newborn mom. As usual, she was facing postpartum sleep struggles, and I being the 'same' medical expert advised her to take "ME TIME" telling her it will help her relax better. A week later, we had a session and I asked her what did she do in her "me time"...

Water- A necessary element for body

I say it f-bolg  (as the blog needs to be fit though) ,brings you  the 3F (fitnesss,food and fun) EVERY WEEK – healty tips ,a quick healthy recipe and some  simple and exciting challenges which can change your basic lifestyle and help you keep positive and fit .

As for surviving we need food, water and shelter similarly for staying fit the first component is W A T E R  yessss water! Therefore, this blogs brings you ways to drink water so that the body uses it the most.

IMPORTANCE OF WATER IN FITNESS :-

Advice may be constantly ringing in your ears- drink water . may it be constipation ,weight loss or any other general health issue we are always told to drink water as much as possible. Is it true? Is drinking water a solution for a healthy  lifestyle ?
Yes it is but only when  consumed  in the correct way ,time,and frequency.

Somes quick NOTES to make your life healthier just by sippin water


NOTE 1: SIP IT , DON’T GULP…GULLPP…GULLLLLPPPP!!!!!!!
When we gulp water , the body  finds  it difficult to absorb and penetration of liquids into the body system will not be fruitful.

NOTE 2 : GOOD MORNING WATER
We sleep for 6-7 hours which is enough to make the body dehydrated .Drinking water in morning can keep you fresh whole day .

NOTE 3 : KEEP THE WATER LUKEWARM
 Sudden gush of cold water can hamper the performance of digestive juices and thereby destroy the process of digestion.
Instead, if you choose water that is similar to body temperature, this will help to aid in the proper digestion of the food. Plus, it does not encourage the growth of any harmful microbes and bacteria inside the body.

NOTE 4 : DON’T OVERDO . LEARN TO UNDERSTAND THE THIRST SIGNALS
Every person has a different body, hence, drinking the same amount of water cannot be recommended to everybody.

NOTE 5 :  STORE IT IN A COPPER OR SILVER VESSEL
The water stored in these vessels has the ability to balance all three doshas (vata,pitta,kapha) in the body and it does by positively charging the water. Water in the silver vessel has the power to remove free radicals from the body and gives a cooling effect in the intestines and smoothens the process of digestion.

RECIPE FOR THE WEEK
Recipe 1 :Squeeze half a lemon in a glass and add 500 ml of lukewarm water.(isn’t it a rejuvenating drink)
Recipe 2: Add 2 tbs of Apple Cider vinger  in 500ml of water .( my personal favorite .Its truly energizing)

CHALLENGE OF THE WEEK

You must have taken WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER challenge in pubg ,gibberish challenge on instagram and tons of dancing challenges on tiktok .Now is the turn to take “ A GLASS OF WATER “ CHALLENGE FOR URSELF . Keep 500 ml of water in copper or silver(bottleor any utensil ) vessel overnight .

As soon as you wake up sit down comfortably and drink it.
For weight loss u can also add lemon and honey in it.

Follow this challenge to make yourself more fit (I assume u to be fit though..lol) and do inform about the changes which you observe in your lifestyle .
