Everyone loves a healthy body, but what about the deep aching relationships, which brings never to be omitted scar to our soul.
Bad or precisely unhealthy relationships can bring a mountain of anxiety and depression. Many leads to suicide too.
Marriage is a very crucial part of our society. All our parents want us to get married and settle down. What if that partner brings no love but a life full of havoc. Be a marriage or a relationship, all they have is certain rules to stay happy.
Relationships can be hard. For sure, they take a lot of dedication, focus and work. Searching for the right person to settle down can sometimes feel like a frustrating game of chance. The work's still not over when you find the right one, you'll still have your work cut for you as you make an effort to maintain your relationship.

1. LEARN TO TAKE THINGS LIGHT
"Take it easy", probably the best relationship advice, often we get caught up in fear-based needs to control our partner. It can get moulded into a destructive compulsion that hurts the integrity of the relationship. It replaces the affection and compassion with anger and resentment. It can lead to destruction in the quality of our lives and over time puts up the relationship at stake.
Yes, you heard that right. Giving your 90% in the relationship instead of 100% can assure a better bond between the couples. The rest 10% is for the understanding that sometimes it's okay to be selfish, to treat your needs at first or take a firm stand on something. It only works when both of the partners are willing to give their 90%
An understanding between partners is very essential for the growth of a healthy relationship. So if giving a little less can assure a better future, why not go for it?
3. ITS YOUR OWN JOB TO KEEP YOURSELF HAPPY!
It's not your partner's job to make you happy always. This ensures that for your happiness, you are not dependent upon anyone, Of course, they can be a source of happiness, but there's a difference between source and origin. The happiness must originate from within.
You should not look for someone to complete you or vice-versa. If you're looking for a partner just to keep yourself happy, then for sure you're heading in the wrong direction.
4. LEARN TO LOVE YOURSELF
You can’t love anyone more than your willingness to love yourself. Through this advice I want you to learn about the importance of caring for your mind, body and spirit. Just like an oxygen mask in a plane, you first need to wear it before you help anybody. Similarly, learning to love oneself can yeild numerous benefits to our body and it ensures that you're the only one responsible for any function in your body.
5. DON'T PUT BOUNDARIES ON OTHERS
You can't put boundaries on someone else- only yourself. If someone is treating you bad you can't change their approach towards you however you can surely tell yourself, how you can deal with them. Instead of feeling like a victim of the circumstances, you can empower yourself to reject bad treatments. Life is a self-fulfilling prophecy. If you believe you're undeserving of happiness, love and prosperity, that's what life will give you.
