We celebrate festivals, days like children's day, father's day, mother's day and all other days. But no self day. NO SELF DAY...WHY? So here in this blog, we'll discuss some tips to love yourself.
Loving self is not one day or one hour work. It has to be constant and forever same.
Many of us mistake it with being selfish. But it is not the case. Selfish and self-love are two entirely different routes.
You tend to be selfish when you absolutely don't think for others and yours as well. Just a feeling of want makes you do that. You do not think of the adversity that wants brings to you and the people who surround you. It abstains you from succeeding in life. You become greedy and you are STUCK.
But it is not the same for the other road. Path of self-love has blossoming flowers, fruity fragrance to rejuvenate yourself and a clear sky which helps you to grow yourselves and help others too.
Self-love does not require any kind of intelligence or has some complicated mechanics. It is as easy as making a maggie. Everyone can make it. We all have the recipe of self-love so why do we refrain from it?

Always being up for help or for work can make you stressed and fatigued. Say no to things which aren't important for you. Learn to evaluate people. Avoid them if you feel you are being used. Avoid a situation which can hamper your emotions and confidence in anyways. Trust me it works. Saying no can sometimes make you happy.

TREAT YOURSELF
Whenever you succeed. Give yourself treat. As little as an eclairs toffee or a grand dinner at Taj. Appreciating yourself brings you positivity. This positivity can be used to heal the wounded too.
Criticising things and finding faults are signs of depression and negativity which is very commonly seen. A little cherish to self can bring you orange warm rays of the sun.

30 MINUTES OF YOU FOR YOU
Busy with work, household chores is understandable but a less of 30 minutes of yours for yourself must not make a big deal. In this time you do what you like. Paint, dance, sing, do gardening, meditation, yoga. BUT, remember whatever you do you have to be totally yourself . Exhale the worries and thoughts. Be you. Enjoy the work you are doing. BE mindful!!

Do not let others define you. You are fat and you want to wear a dress. Wear it because you are happy. Your approval of being what you are is much more important than other views about it.

Trust me travelling is the best therapy to heal your inner mind and outer aura. Travelling alone can be therapeutic. A short trip can help you free your mind. It brings more me time. Use the time to find yourself. What you are? what do you want in life? try to get all these answers.

WIN WHEN YOU LOSE
Give a break from the digital world of impressing people. A bad comment doesn't make you the worst person. Getting affected by it might make you one. When you see you are losing yourself, fuel up and prepare to heal. Win yourself and you will win the world.
These are some tips which I find very useful. And I feel that this is a much-needed topic to discuss when we see the world falling apart and find no humanity around us. The killing of a mother elephant case made us all feel miserable. This shows the lack of emotions we are growing with.
They say "
you cannot pour from an empty glass". This describes the importance of self-love. I hope from today you can love yourself a little much more.
