WHAT IS THE ORIGIN OF YOUR PAIN???
Back pain usually stems from muscle strains, tension or injury.

QUICK MORNING BED STRETCH ROUTINE
DISCLAIMER- all these stretches are basic which are not harmful. But in case you get pain or discomfort while performing any of this exercise Please do consult your Therapist once.
Warming up is very very important. When you are asleep muscles tends to get tight and stretching it instantly would be a bad idea. Give a quick warmup to your back muscles with some pelvic tilts which helps you in increasing the circulation over pelvic area. This exercise can be done sitting as well as lying positions.
KNEE TO CHEST STRETCH FOR LOWER BACK This exercise stretches your glutes and lower back muscles. It's easy to do and have more benefits internally which you might not feel when you are performing it. This increases the blood circulation over the lower back and flushes the toxins causing pain.
This is helpful for your spine which has to work all day long to keep you erect. Side trunk rotations when accompanied with breathing exercise are much more beneficial.
QL is quadratus lumborum muscles which are at your lower back and attached to the spine. Stretching the QL which result in healthier and a more flexible spine.
This is a pose which acts as a desert to your routine. It stretches almost all muscles of your body to some extent. The quads, the calf, the entire back and also your upper limbs and your shoulder gets a quick blood flush which acts as cleansing.
AND YAAY you are good to go for the day.
